  • What if the forecast calls for rain?
    Rain means more fun! We only cancel if there is thunder & lightning and/or flooding in our area. We will let you know within 24 hours if there is a cancelled ride and issue a full refund or the option to change your reservation to another date/time.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    At Bancroft Offroad Tours, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers and to maintain the quality of our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations Made 14+ Days Before the Ride:
Full refund or the option to reschedule your ride without a fee. Cancellations Made 2–13 Days Before the Ride:
Rescheduling is allowed without a fee. Refunds will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Ride:
No refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability. No-Shows: Failure to arrive on time for your scheduled ride will result in forfeiture of the ride and no refund. Weather Policy: Rides will proceed rain or shine. However, in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, Bancroft Offroad Tours reserves the right to reschedule rides for safety reasons. In such cases, customers will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund. How to Cancel or Reschedule: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted via phone/email/website and confirmed by our team to be valid.
  • Do you require a Damage Deposit?
    Yes. A pre-authorized Damage Deposit of $1200 will be required for each UTV on the tour day. This is to cover any potential damages to the UTV during the tour. The deposit will be released following the tour, provided no damages have occurred.
  • Do you have any alcohol/drugs policy?
    Absolutely NO alcohol or drugs permitted when driving our UTV's. Detection of any use of these is subject to cancellation of your tour with NO refund.
  • Do I have to have experience to drive the UTV?
    No. As a matter of fact, 90% of our guests are first time drivers/riders in a UTV. Our UTV’s are fully automatic to provide operating ease to all levels of experience.
  • Do I have to sign a Liability Waver?
    All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to the tour. This waiver acknowledges risks associated with all activity on the tour and releases Bancroft Offroad Tours from liability for any accidents or injuries.
  • Do you rent a UTV out without a guide?
    No we don't. Sorry!
  • What should I wear for the ride?
    Dress for the weather. We recommend long pants and shirt/jacket, what you don't mind getting dirty. Some will bring a change of clothes to change into after the ride and/or towel to sit on in their vehicle for the ride home. Sturdy footwear, NO SANDALS/FLIP-FLOPS. Rain coat and pants if rain is forecasted.
  • What is the requirement to operate/drive a UTV?
    At least 18 years old and have a valid drivers license. A G2 or M2 license is acceptable to operate/drive a UTV.
  • What can we expect upon arrival?
    Plan to arrive at our base camp at least 20 minutes before your scheduled ride time. After check in we'll collect the pre-authorized damage deposit. Once you hear our safety briefing and you receive your safety gear you hop-on-board your Kawasaki Teryx UTV and orient yourself with the controls. Once everyone is ready and comfortable, we head out into the beautiful trails of Bancroft!!
  • What is the minimum age for a passenger?
    The minimum age for passenger is 8 years old.
  • Can I bring my pet with me?
    Unfortunately no. Sorry.
