Yes, a pre-authorized damage deposit of $1200 is required for each UTV on the tour day. This deposit covers any potential damages and will be released after the tour if no damages occur.
We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy: - **14+ Days Before the Ride:** Full refund or reschedule without a fee. - **2–13 Days Before the Ride:** Reschedule without a fee. Refunds incur a 25% charge. - **Less Than 48 Hours Before the Ride:** No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. **No-Shows:** No refund for late arrivals. **Weather Policy:** Tours proceed rain or shine. Severe weather may lead to rescheduling or a full refund. **How to Cancel/Reschedule:** Submit requests via phone, email, or our website and get confirmation from our team.
No. As a matter of fact, 90% of our guests are first time drivers/riders in a UTV. Our UTV’s are fully automatic to provide operating ease to all levels of experience.

Absolutely NO alcohol or drugs permitted when driving our UTV's. Detection of any use of these is subject to cancellation of your tour with NO refund.
Dress for the weather. We recommend long pants and shirt/jacket, what you don't mind getting dirty. Some will bring a change of clothes to change into after the ride and/or towel to sit on in their vehicle for the ride home.
Sturdy footwear, NO SANDALS/FLIP-FLOPS. Rain coat and pants if rain is forecasted.
Rain means more fun! We only cancel if there's thunder, lightning, or flooding. You'll be notified within 24 hours if your ride is canceled, and you can choose a full refund or reschedule.
Plan to arrive at our base camp at least 20 minutes before your scheduled ride time. After check in we'll collect the pre-authorized damage deposit. Once you hear our safety briefing and you receive your safety gear you hop-on-board your Kawasaki Teryx UTV and orient yourself with the controls. Once everyone is ready and comfortable, we head out into the beautiful trails of Bancroft!!
